Ricche, sinergiche e trasversali sono le iniziative create da Promoparma negli ultimi anni. Tra queste ricordiamo: l’Ufficio Turistico Promoparma, che si occupava dell'informazione, della promozione, della messa a punto dei progetti, dell'attuazione dei programmi commerciali e di marketing e dei contatti con le principali agenzie di viaggi. Presso l'Ufficio Turistico operava l’Ufficio Booking, che garantiva l'accoglienza al turista coordinando le prenotazioni presso gli alberghi associati, specialmente per le fiere ed i congressi. Club di Prodotto “Città d'arte e Terre verdiane", che riuniva anche altri operatori economici parmensi interessati a commercializzare il prodotto turistico “Parma“. Ad esso aderivano ristoranti, guide turistiche, caseifici del Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciuttifici e cantine vinicole.
